When You Call, a Real Person Answers
When you call Bizzy B Plumbing, a real person picks up — no voicemail, not a call center that has literally no idea what’s going on. You tell us the problems you’re having, and someone who actually lives here helps you figure out the next step.
In most cases, we can have a licensed technician at your door the same day you call. We’ll find out exactly what’s happening with your line, show you what we’re looking at, and tell you straight whether you’re looking at a repair or a replacement.
From there, we’ll show you what we see. We explain what’s going on and what your options are in plain English — no pressure, we’re here to help. We’ll give you an honest read on your sewer line and a clear path forward.
A Broken Sewer Line Sounds Like a Disaster. To Us, It's No Problem
When you hear the sewer line itself is the problem, your stomach drops. You picture the worst — the whole yard torn up, a bill you can’t wrap your head around, your life on hold for weeks. That fear is normal. It’s also usually bigger than the actual job.
Here’s what we want you to know: this is routine work for us. We’ve repaired and replaced sewer lines thousands of times. We know every way these lines go bad — a section that’s broken or come apart, roots that have worked in, a line that’s collapsed or sagged where it lost its slope, old cast iron or clay that’s simply worn out, a bad connection where it ties into the city main. Whatever yours is doing, we’ve seen it and fixed it.
And we do it by the book. When we repair or replace a line, it goes in to code — proper slope, proper cleanouts, the right materials, done so it holds up for the long haul. Our goal is to make sure you’ll never have to deal with a sewer line issue ever again.
So when you call, you’re not handing your home to someone who’s figuring it out as they go. You’re handing it to the people who do this for a living and do it right.
What We Repair and Replace
- Broken or cracked sewer lines. A line that’s broken, split, or come apart at the joints lets waste escape and ground seep in. We pinpoint the damaged section and fix it right.
- Tree roots in the line. Roots find their way into older pipe through small cracks and joints, then grow until they choke the flow. We clear them and repair the openings that let them in.
- Collapsed or sagging lines. When a line caves in or sags and loses its proper fall, waste stops draining the way it should. We restore the line so it runs the right direction again.
- Old cast iron and clay pipe. A lot of homes around here sit on decades-old cast iron or clay that’s simply reached the end of its life. We replace it with modern pipe built to last.
- Bad connections at the city main. Where your line ties into the city sewer is a common trouble spot — a poor connection or clog right at the junction backs everything up. We sort out exactly what’s happening at that point.
- Lines that have been snaked again and again. If you keep having the same line cleared over and over, the snake isn’t the answer anymore — something underneath needs to actually be fixed. We find out what, and we fix the cause.

Common Sewer Line Repair Questions
How do I know if I need a sewer line repair or a full replacement?
It comes down to whether the trouble is in one spot or all through the line. If a single section is damaged and the rest of the pipe is sound, a targeted repair usually takes care of it. If the line is failing in more than one place or it’s old pipe that’s worn out, replacing it is often the better path. We run a camera down first so the recommendation is based on what’s actually there — not a guess.
What causes a sewer line to fail in the first place?
Plenty of things. Tree roots working into the joints, a section that’s cracked or come apart, the line sagging where it lost its proper slope, old cast iron or clay simply wearing out, or a bad connection where it meets the city main. Around here, age and tree roots are two of the most common culprits.
Can you just repair the broken section instead of the whole line?
Often, yes. If the damage is limited to one area and the rest of the line is in good shape, we repair that section and leave the rest alone. There’s no reason to replace a whole line that doesn’t need replacing — we fix what’s actually broken.
Will you have to dig up my whole yard?
Not necessarily. How much digging is needed depends on where the problem is and what the line needs. We plan the work to disturb as little as possible and we’ll walk you through exactly what to expect before anything starts — so there are no surprises in your yard.
My drain keeps backing up even after it’s been cleared. What does that mean?
When the same line has to be cleared over and over, the clog usually isn’t the real problem — something underneath is. Roots, a broken section, or a sag in the line will keep catching debris no matter how many times it’s snaked. That’s worth a camera look to find the actual cause instead of treating the symptom again.
Do you make sure the work is up to code?
Always. When we repair or replace a sewer line, it goes in correctly — proper slope, proper cleanouts, and the right materials for the job. Doing it to code is what makes the repair hold up and keeps you out of trouble down the road.
How soon can you come out?
In most cases, we can have a technician out the same day you call, so you’re not living with a backed-up line any longer than you have to.
What happens after you inspect the line?
We show you what we found, explain whether you’re looking at a repair or a replacement, and lay out your options in plain English. From there, the decision is yours — no pressure. You’ll have what you need to make the best decision with confidence.
